Pull Documents from SS&C Intralinks Directly into Emma

We've added a connection that many of our users working on M&A transactions have been asking for: the ability to bring documents from an SS&C Intralinks data room straight into their Emma workspace.

Setting up the connection is straightforward. Once linked, you can select which folders from your Intralinks data room you want to work with in Emma. From there, Emma can get to work on what it does best: detect missing documents, bulk document comparisons, flagging legal risks, and surfacing the issues that matter most in a transaction.

A few things worth knowing about how it works. Your existing Intralinks credentials carry over automatically, with the option to assign permissions by legal area (Corporate, Data Privacy, IP, Insurance, Litigation, and more..) in Emma Legal. Documents stay in sync as the data room is updated, meaning your team is always working from the latest version without having to manually re-upload anything. And because documents are accessed via a secure connection rather than downloaded and moved around, nothing leaves the controlled environment your data room provides.
