The integration enables Emma Legal customers to connect an active Virtual Vaults data room directly to the Emma Legal platform and execute legal due diligence in a fully synchronized environment. Documents and folder structures are connected in real time, allowing legal analysis to begin immediately without manual downloading, re-uploading, or document handling.
