Legal Geek Conference 2026
Meet Emma Legal at Legal Geek Conference 2026, The Old Truman Brewery, London, 14 and 15 October. Double finalist for Legal Tech Company of the Year and Legal Tech Start-Up, with a pre-conference dinner on 13 October.

Meet Emma Legal at Legal Geek 2026
Legal Geek calls itself a festival of collaboration rather than a conference, and it earns the label. Around 5,000 legal professionals from more than 65 countries fill The Old Truman Brewery across four stages of talks, panels, roundtables and live demos. No dress code, plenty of honest conversation, and a room where in-house teams and law firm leaders make up more than 70% of attendees. Full conference agenda and tickets
This year the agenda moves beyond AI adoption to a sharper question: which tools actually change how legal work gets delivered, and how lawyers stay in control while they do. That's the conversation we came to have. We'd welcome anyone working in law firm due diligence, corporate M&A, private equity or legal innovation to come and find us.

Double finalist at the Legal Geek Leaders in Tech Law Awards.
Emma Legal is shortlisted in two supplier categories at the Legal Geek Leaders in Tech Law Awards 2026:
- Legal Tech Company of the Year, alongside established names such as iManage, Litera, BigHand and Opus 2.
- Legal Tech Start-Up, recognising the young companies setting the pace.
Being shortlisted as both a start-up and a company of the year says a lot about the momentum behind purpose-built due diligence. Winners are announced during Legal Geek week. Fingers crossed, and a big thank you to the firms who build with us every day.
Built around how due diligence actually works.
Due diligence requires knowing what should be there, what is a liability, what matters, and how your firm would assess it.
Legal Geek is asking which collaboration layer will decide who wins with AI. For M&A due diligence, we think it's the one that brings the data room and your firm's deal expertise into one structured workspace. Emma applies your review standards consistently across the deal, keeps the underlying source in view, and turns the analysis into a clear risk assessment for the lawyer to review and refine.
What Emma brings to your clients:
- Get to a first view faster. Turn the data room into a structured preliminary due diligence report within 24 hours, giving clients earlier visibility on key risks and gaps.
- Give clients greater visibility throughout the deal. Use a live status dashboard to show progress, open questions and findings as the review develops.
- Deliver more consistent advice. Apply your firm's playbooks, built from your own IRLs, checks and review standards, across every deal, so clients benefit from the collective expertise of your team.
- Focus more time on judgment and recommendations. Emma surfaces missing information, identifies clause-level risks and keeps the source alongside the analysis, so lawyers spend more time on what the findings mean for the client.
- Provide a higher level of service without adding more process. Move from data room to findings and recommendations in one workspace, connected directly to SS&C Intralinks, Ideals, HighQ, Virtual Vaults and standard cloud storage.

Join us for dinner, Tuesday 13 October
The evening before Legal Geek opens, we're bringing together a small group of senior M&A lawyers and legal innovation leaders at Crispin in Spitalfields, a short walk from the conference venue. Welcome drinks from 6:30pm.
Good food, good company and no agenda. Though with this crowd, we can't promise due diligence won't sneak in somewhere between courses. Seats are limited and confirmed on request.
