How long does it take to onboard with Emma Legal?
Most deal teams get started with Emma in under an hour. The platform offers predefined onboarding templates by industry, so you can begin reviewing documents and identifying legal risks without complex setup. Emma’s Information Request List (IRL) outlines 180 predefined legal document types, enabling teams to launch due diligence quickly and confidently. Emma is known for its intuitive interface, tailored to the way lawyers and investors work.
Can Emma Legal integrate with our existing data room?
Emma currently connects with OneDrive, or you can upload all documents directly into Emma. Google Drive integration is coming soon, and we are in partnership negotiations with leading data room providers including Ansarada, Virtual Vaults and Intralinks.
